Becker knives, with their "cro-van" steel, tend to be pretty versatile and effective if simple and plain. It doesn't get much simpler than this. It's definitely on the large side for a neck knife, especially with the sheath (which holds the blade quite firmly) attached. As is, the handle is simply too thin to be comfortable or useful, but a good paracord wrap helps a lot. I find I don't use this knife all that much, though as it is still a bit small for my gorilla hands.
